David and Conor Fitzgerald of Woodlands Catering, Woodlands House Hotel, Adare, have been awarded the Catering Contract for Limerick Racecourse.

David and Conor have their focus directed entirely at the customer, they and all the team have a great mannerism and affiliation with the customer, this to me is vitally important as customer satisfaction is the priority. On review of the Woodlands Catering first weekend at the racecourse i.e. the 13th and 14th March, the customer feedback we received was immensely positive and as we progress throughout the racing calendar I believe this will be a trend that will only increase".
