David and Conor Fitzgerald of Woodlands Catering, Woodlands House Hotel, Adare, are the resident caterers at Limerick Racecourse since 2009.

The Woodlands House Hotel have been long time supporters of the Racecourse, sponsoring at the Christmas festival for many years.
